Congrats and well done for organising the breakfast run!

It is heart warming to see private clubs and running group organising such practice runs which give opportunity for runners to come together in preparation for the coming SCKLM 09.

it would be great if the SCKLM organiser can do the same instead of just doing runnning clinics and carnivals unlike the previous AMBANK's KLIM

Keep up the good work and see u at Klang Pacer - NB Half Marathon

Jue:Thank you very much for your heartfelt comments.Personally i feel running clubs/groups should organise more such practise runs prior to the main event like SCKLM09.One good example is the 'Der Pacemakers Circuit Run'.It provides both physical preparation and confidence even for those going for half.

Stanley:Yes,surely it was 'lau how sui' and 'ho chiak'....sumore FOC woh....

Anon:Oops..sorry,my mistake!BTW thanks for reminding.
