17 Nov 12, Saturday

0730 member gather at Stadium Sultan Sulaiman

0800 Bus depart Klang

0830 Bus stop at Rawang R&R pick up 2 member (Chandru and Moey)

1000 Bus stop at Ipoh for breakfast

1100 depart from Ipoh.

1300 Arrive at Queensbay mall.

Collection and Lunch at Queensbay mall

1400 Check in B-suite

1730 Dinner (self arrange)

1830 Sleep (for full marathon)

18 Nov 12, Sunday

0000 Wake up

0100 Report on race site (walk 2km)

0200 Full Marathon start

0300 Half Marathon start

0600 10km start

1000 Expect all member return to hotel and rest

1300 Bus depart for lunch

1400 1/2 day Sigh Seeing (detail to be discuss on bus)

19 Nov 12, Monday

0800 Check out

0900 Breakfast at Penang

1000 Bye Bye Penang

1300 Lunch at Ipoh

1400 depart from Ipoh

1700 arrive at Klang, Stadium Sultan Sulaiman.
