KLIM 30-03-2008

Just want to check out how KPAC members fare in this high prestige running event.Overall the results are nothing much to be proud of compared to last year's.Most of the KPAC members who took part in either the half or full marathon complained about the humid and dry condition. But to me it's the preparations that count.I don't really trained well for this race so lots of excuses pop up in my head during the run.

Take a glance at how KPAC members performed yesterday.

well well, the pains are over after sunday's marathon tortures.
i was told by some of those who took part in the half marathon that the distance was well over 21 km. some says it should be arouund 23 - 23.5 km.! if that's the case than many are taken for a ride, long ride. can kpac varify this matter with the organisers please. it seems the starting loop of around 2-3 km was not officially noted. this is mad lah.

my congragulations to all the KPAC members who took part in sunday's klim runs. why so few of you only. are you fellows getting old and tired or injured? i saw more runners from pacesetters and ladies too. but from your club only the 'batangs' are on the road. where are the ladies.......
